Meet us at the intersection of the Divine Feminine and deep personal healing.

  • The Divine Feminine

We remember and reclaim our untamed, intuitive selves. This is the work of rewilding — shedding what isn’t ours so our true nature can breathe again. Here, feminine power is both fierce and tender, ancient and ever-new.

  • Healing & Self-Growth

We honor the inner work — tending to the parts of ourselves that need care, release, and integration. Through practices like IFS, journaling, and guided reflection, we step into deeper self-awareness and lasting transformation.

  • Community & Sisterhood

We are not meant to do this alone. Wildroot is a circle of women walking beside one another — celebrating victories, holding space for grief, and witnessing each other’s becoming.

A collective space for healing, creativity, and wild feminine remembrance.

Wildroot Weekly — Write, Reflect, Root

Wildroot Weekly is a weekly journaling opportunity, a gentle invitation to pause, listen inward, and connect with your deeper self. Each week, you’ll receive a nourishing journaling prompt designed to help you explore your inner landscape and remember your wild, rooted nature. A few days after you receive it, we’ll gather via Zoom to share reflections, witness each other’s truths, and weave a sense of sisterhood that grounds and inspires. This is your space to slow down, write freely, and return to the roots that sustain you.

Upcoming events

  • From Control to Curiosity: Parenting with Compassionate Curiosity

    10.21 7:00-8:00PM

This gentle yet powerful session invites parents to explore how inner fear, overwhelm, and unhealed parts often lead to controlling behaviors in parenting — and how to shift instead into a stance of compassionate curiosity.

Through journaling, inner parts exploration, and shared discussion, you'll learn to meet your own reactions with grace, stay connected to your values in challenging moments, and model for your child what it looks like to lead with presence, not power.

  • The Feminine Voice: Writing the Wild Within

    10.21 7:00-8:00PM

In a world that often silences, softens, or shapes our voices to fit in, this session invites you to reclaim yours. Through guided journaling, gentle breathwork, and reflective sharing, we’ll explore the layered voices within: the tender self, the protector, the inner child, the sovereign woman, the wild one. This class is not about perfect words — it’s about remembering the voice you had before the world told you who to be.

You’ll leave with a deeper connection to your intuitive voice, fresh insight, and a feeling of grounded belonging — to yourself and to the circle.

  • Untaming the Body: Embodiment & Movement Class

    10.21 7:00-8:00PM

This weekly class invites you to reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom, power, and presence. Through intuitive movement, somatic practices, and gentle breathwork, we’ll explore what it means to feel at home in our skin — without judgment, performance, or the need to fix or change anything.

Each session offers a guided journey into sensation, rhythm, stillness, and release, helping you soften control, awaken your senses, and come back into relationship with your untamed self.

No choreography, no experience necessary — just a willingness to listen to your body and move in ways that feel true. Expect a nourishing space held in community, where every part of you is welcome.

“The wild woman never fades. She is constantly shaking loose everything that is not pure soul."
