Wildroot Weekdays
The intention for Wildroot weekdays is to offer our members a gathering space away from home.
Nobody needs anything from you. There are no unfinished projects nagging at you. You get to do whatever feels good to your soul. Come when you want. Stay for a half an hour or three hours - whatever works for your schedule.
This is a space where:
You don’t have to arrive “ready”
You don’t have to talk unless you want to
You don’t have to be working on anything in particular
This time is for you. Here, you can make the morning into what you need it to be.
Connection with consistency
Weekday mornings at Wildroot are a gentle place to start your day.
The studio is open to members from 9-12 most weekday mornings.
When your house feels chaotic, you need a change of scenery, or a just a quiet place to be productive, you’re welcome here.
There’s no curriculum. No topic of the day. No pressure to participate in a certain way.
Just a warm table, steady connection, and time to begin your day feeling grounded, supported, and more like yourself.
Who this space is for
Weekday mornings are for women who:
Crave gentle accountability without pressure
Feel overstimulated, over-scheduled, or stretched thin
Long for slower, intentional mornings
You don’t need to be “into journaling.”
You don’t need to be spiritual (though you can be).
You don’t need to know anyone when you arrive.
Just come as you are.
What you might do while you’re here
Each morning is intentionally unstructured so you can follow your own energy.
You’re welcome to:
Journal at your own pace
Work on personal or professional projects
Sit quietly with coffee or tea
Pull cards from the studio oracle decks
Browse our library of soulful, inspiring books
Reflect, doodle, read, or simply be
Chat with others — or not
There is no “right” way to participate. This is not a class or a workshop. It’s shared space — held gently.
The power of consistency
There’s something deeply regulating about returning to the same place, at the same time, with familiar faces. Weekday mornings are about cultivating that rhythm. Not about effort and not necessarily about productivity (unless you want it to be), but about showing up.
For many of our members, these mornings are:
A nervous-system reset after you get the kids to school
A touchpoint of connection in an otherwise busy week
A reminder that you don’t have to do everything on your own
A consistent act of self-trust and self-care
What to expect
Low-pressure, drop-in style mornings
A calm, welcoming studio environment
No forced sharing or group discussion
We’re here most weekday mornings from 9-12. Please reserve your spot ahead of time so we know you’re coming.
Some mornings are quiet.
Some mornings hold soft conversation and laughter.
Both are perfect.
