    On Mondays, we journal. We’ll provide the prompts, the oracle decks, and the opportunity for connection. Bring a journal and an open mind. Let’s reflect on the weekend behind us, plan the week ahead, and explore what’s holding us back.

  • Tuesday

    Tuesdays are for accountability. What project are you struggling to make time for? Bring it with you! Around this table, you’ll find compassion, creative brainstorming options when you want them, and a group of friends who are here to keep you moving forward.

  • Wednesday

    Let’s move! On Wednesdays, we move our bodies! Shake it. Dance it. Stretch it. Maybe throw in a little Qigong because, why not? Just get the blood flowing. Zero expectations, no skill or experience needed. Just a safe place to pay attention to your body and tap into its wisdom.

  • Thursday

    Thursdays are for learning and inspiration. We’ll listen to some really great podcasts and participate in fascinating online classes, then discuss as a group. There are so many awesome resources out there - let’s get inspired together.

  • Friday

    On Fridays, we practice mindfulness and stretching, then we connect socially with our friends to share our successes of the week and ask for support with the areas that feel tricky. This is a supportive, low-key opportunity to feel seen and connect with this amazing sisterhood of women.
